Services

The services that I offer are Counseling and Psychotherapy, Facilitation, Research and Supervision.

Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling and Psychotherapy are provided for a wide variety of emotional and relationship difficulties. Sometimes issues from the past remain unresolved and still affect our day to day functioning in the present. Unresolved issues of past, or present, may cause fear, anxiety, lack of confidence, feelings of being stuck, thus preventing moving forward in life and reaching full potential.
